Our core abilities include providing planning and programming services, coordinating all phases of construction management including a design/build option. We are skilled at guiding the owner through project planning, design coordination, and value engineering. We have a proven track record achieving our client’s desired budget, high quality results, maintaining project schedules and ensuring overall contract compliance. Additionally, many of our staff are experienced US Army operations and logistics officers. Bottom line, the team at Ike & Associates possesses the right mix of education, operational and technical experience and customer service to effectively complete the job beyond the standard and in any location.
